  • Full payment is required at the time of placing the order to initiate the customization process.

2. 3D Rendering and Approval:

  • After receiving your order, we will create a 3D rendering of your customized product.

  • The rendering will be sent to you within 2 business days for approval.

  • You will receive the rendering through your chosen communication channel: WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

  • Approval is required to proceed with manufacturing. Please respond promptly to avoid delays.

3. Manufacturing Timeline:

  • Upon your approval of the 3D rendering, we will begin manufacturing your custom product.

  • The manufacturing process can take up to 1.5 months, as each item is carefully crafted to meet our high standards.

  • We strive to complete manufacturing as quickly as possible without compromising quality.

4. Delivery:

  • Once manufacturing is complete, we will ship your product using reliable carriers.

  • While we aim for fast delivery, Carsence is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping provider.

5. Warranty:

  • We offer a 2-year warranty on our products for manufacturing breakages, such as broken zippers or handles.

  • This warranty does not cover incidental damages or wear and tear from regular use.

6. Communication:

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate contact information for receiving updates and approvals.

  • Carsence is not liable for any communication issues arising from incorrect contact details provided by the customer.

7. Returns and Exchanges:

  • Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

8. Modifications:

  • Any modifications to the order after approval of the 3D rendering may incur additional charges and extend the manufacturing timeline.

9. Agreement:

  • By placing an order with Carsence, you agree to these terms and conditions.
